Avianca Airlines Unaccompanied Minor Policy

 Avianca offers special services to children between 5 – 17 times of age on who are travelling alone domestic and transnational breakouts. The lonely Minors service is obligatory for children between 5 – 11 times( included) if they're travelling alone. except for breakouts within Ecuador) Optional for children between 12 – 17 times. 

 Children below 5 times of age must travel with a parent or legal adult guardian.  

 The lonely Minors service begins at the field and ends after the lonely Minor has been handed over to the designated to admit the child at the final destination. 

 You can reserve the service at the field, but same- day reservations aren't guaranteed. For this reason, you should reserve and pay for the service in advance at an Avianca deals office, call center, or travel agent. 

 Avianca Airlines will lonely Minor Policy 

 At the departure field 

 give attestation backing and help your child to check in at the check- in counter. 

 Accompany your child to the boarding chesterfield. 

 Escort your child to his/ her seat on the aircraft. 

 During the flight

 At the destination field

 What terms and conditions must I be apprehensive of when reserving the lonely Minors service? 

 Service figure. The lonely Minors service figure applies on a per- trip base for each child. You may be eligible for a reduction if you buy the service in advance by calling Avianca’s deals office or call center. 

 verified booking. Your child’s flight booking and service request must be verified for each leg of the trip, as there's a limit to the number of minors accepted per flight. 

 Document review. You must insure that your child’s documents are in order, as you'll asked to show them at the field. 

Pre-assignment of seats. However, you can choose your child’s seat, If you bespeak a ticket at an Avianca call center or deals office. Seatpre-assignments are done from the reverse to the front to insure that lonely Minors are placed as close to the crew as possible.

 If the flight is delayed and the lonely Minor may risk the connecting flight.
